1. Always be present at the beginning of a session. Don't take any chances!
2. Meet OVR in person
3. If there is a graphics room, ask OB vans to provide a PGM for QC
4. make a check list
5. if possible test operator whether they can troubleshoot network.
6. if in doubt of operators capability, be present.
Agile:
- N/W ports now integrated in Agile. Primary and Backup fail over takes approx. 1 min.
- When integrated pull up a keytest for mixer to make adjustment.
- Keytest is to be called up on top of OB's color bars. both color bars must align vertically.
- Keytest is also used to match grey scale on the bottom left hand side. mixer usually needs to set it to additive mode, gain 100%, clip 0%(or 50%) and opacity 100%.
- Do above for OTD channel ( channel 2 ) also.
- OTD audio is AES digital. Output is from channel 2 XLR.

- How to compile:
1. become super user
2. F10
3. Files -> Templates -> compile
- How to load new OTD:
1. become super user
2. Utilities -> Transition Manager
3. Delete current images
4. Load Audio file
5. Load new Rings file
- How to Load a keytest in channel 2
1. become super user
2. Utilities -> Transition Manager
3. Do a find on keytest.tga
4. Select Transition 2
5. Load that image
6. Double click to send the keytest to PGM
